Respect copyright and related rights
For Artificial Intelligence to play a positive, non-destructive role in human creativity, copyright laws must be respected.
AI is a powerful tool, not a substitute for human talent.
AI can enrich and enhance the human creative process, but that does not mean that humans should be replaced by machines. Humans must be at the center of any technological development.
Transparency is essential.
Developers and implementers of AI systems and models must clearly and accurately report on all data used in training their models, including content protected by copyright and related rights.
