The 35th International Publishers Congress will feature keynote speeches from industry expert, Thad McIlroy, and the OECD’s Stéphane Levesque. There will be
sessions on AI in publishing, the freedom to publish, accessibility, educational publishing, sustainability as well as market focuses on South East Asia.

There will be multiple networking opportunities both as part of the programme and alongside the congress in the cultural programme and the Congress will also be the opportunity to celebrate a number of award winners including the 2026 IPA Prix Voltaire laureate, the IPA Champion Award and the IPA Innovation in Publishing Award.
