The Copyright Committee meeting brought together members and partner organisations to hear updates on IPA’s work on copyright as well as share developments in their own markets. Artificial intelligence dominated discussions with a range of developments around the world. Attendees also heard about developments at the World Intellectual Property Organization and plans for the next meeting of its Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR).
The Copyright Policy Working Group meeting was an opportunity to follow up on those meetings and consider how to continue IPA’s support for its members.
