Delivering a keynote speech at the fair Pansa celebrated the Turkish Publishers Association for being such an engaged member of the IPA. ‘For those of you in the audience who are members of the TPA, your association is doing an amazing job of representing Turkish publishing on the international stage.’ She went on to underline the important roll of copyright, especially with the advent of generative AI, and the freedom to publish alongside the freedom of expression and the freedom to read.

Pansa also sat down for a discussion session with TPA President, and IPA Executive Committee member, Kenan Kocatürk for a discussion on the future of book sector and the main opportunities and challenges it faces.

Other meetings during the work included with local libraries and the Turkish Book Awards as well as a number of interviews in the local press.
